Our Charges - Property Management Fees

Block Management:

Every building is unique, however you can expect a typical charge being about £240 - £375 per unit per year.
A block of 10 flats may therefore expect to pay between £2400 - £3750 per year for their management service*.

Additional Fees as required:

Major works over £2,150.00:            2.5% arrangement fee (minimum £195.00)
                                                      7.5% overseeing and signing off fee. (minimum £355.00)
Pre-sale inquiries:                          £215.00 (usually turned around within 48 hours)
Company secretarial services:          £295.00 (disbursements billed additionally)
Hourly rate outside of agreement:    £60.00 (general services)


Flat Management:

Standard management charge:          5% of gross rental income.
Minor works in excess of £450.00:    10% Administration Charge (minimum £50.00)
Court or Tribunal appearances:         £80.00 per hour or £410.00 per day (whichever the lesser amount)
Insurance claims co-ordination:        7.5% - 10% of claim value (minimum £75.00)
Additional visits and full report:       £80.00 per visit
Landlord refundable float:                £500.00
